YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how No Pressure SoftWash collects and uses and protects information connected with this website and service inquiries.
Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide through an estimate form or phone call or text message or email. This can include your name and phone number and email address and service address and property details and photographs and the content of your request.
Basic technical information may also be collected automatically when you visit. This can include an Internet Protocol address and browser type and device information and referring page and pages viewed and approximate location derived from an Internet Protocol address.
How We Use Information
We may use information to respond to questions and prepare estimates and schedule or provide services and communicate about a request and maintain business records and improve website performance and protect against misuse and comply with law.
How Information Is Shared
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate forms and communications and website hosting and scheduling and customer management. We may also share information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights or safety or prevent fraud.
Mobile information and text message consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. Service providers may process that information only to support communications requested or authorized by you.
SMS And Text Message Program
No Pressure SoftWash uses text messages to communicate with people who request or receive services. Program messages may include replies to questions and estimate information and appointment or scheduling updates and service reminders and job status updates and follow up messages and requests for feedback. Marketing or promotional offers may also be sent when you provide separate marketing consent.
How Users Opt In
You may opt in by entering your mobile phone number in the Estimate Request form and checking the applicable consent box for transactional messages or marketing and promotional messages before submitting the form. The form provides separate consent choices for these message types. If you send a text message directly to No Pressure SoftWash you consent to receive replies related to that conversation. Starting a text conversation does not by itself enroll you in recurring marketing messages.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your requests and scheduled services and the consent choices you make. Transactional messages are sent as needed to respond to you or manage an estimate or scheduled service. Message frequency may increase while an estimate or service is active. Marketing and promotional messages may be sent periodically only when you have provided marketing consent. Message and data rates may apply.
SMS Choices And Support
You may reply STOP at any time to stop automated text messages. You may reply HELP for help. An opt out request applies to the mobile number that sent it. Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent necessary nonmarketing communication about an active request or scheduled service where permitted by law.
